The PhiLips training is specialized training in the field of permanent make-up (PMU) and creates a prominent lipstick effect. With this pigmentation method, color pigments are gently injected into the upper layer of skin using extremely fine needles, with a focus on precise lines. Our PhiLips training courses are specially developed for beginners and can be booked as a live workshop at one of our training locations or as online training. The Live Workshop includes a one-day basic seminar where theoretical and practical content is conveyed. The goal of live training is to learn how to practice correctly using clearly defined tasks.
The online training, however, is completed entirely via the CraftMaster app. Both courses naturally contain the same topics and start with the sending of the starter kit and activation in the CraftMaster app. Using this app, we stay in touch, evaluate your uploaded work and support you for 6 months on the way to your PhiLips Artist career. After successfully completing your PhiLips training you will receive the official PhiLips Artist certificate and a personalized PhiLips logo.

How long does the PhiLips training last?
The length of the PhiLips training depends on your personal progress and depends on your individual pace. If you train regularly and already have some experience in the field of microblading, you will be able to hold your certificate of completion in your hands after a short time.
Regardless of whether you are interested in live training on site or online training, you start your training via the CraftMaster app. In the case of the live training, you acquire a certain routine for drawing hairs through daily training and prepare yourself perfectly for the one-day workshop.

After you have registered for the PhiLips training, you will receive access to the CraftMaster app. You will be supported by us for 6 months via this online learning platform and upload your work there. The training concept consists of several levels that are used for training and are processed one after the other.
It is important to note that this work does not have to be perfect, but it does have to be error-free. We support you every step of the way and adapt to your learning pace. There is also enough video material and pictures for each level so that you can learn everything at your leisure.

The PhiLips Live Training begins for you when you activate it in the CraftMaster app, so that you can start training straight away and get a certain routine for the lip pigmentation technique. In contrast to the live training, the online course takes place exclusively via the CraftMaster app. The theoretical and practical content is identical, but can be better conveyed during a live training session, as your master can look over your shoulder as you work and correct you directly. This also gives you more safety when doing model work. You can optionally book the one-day live workshop at any time.

Contents of the PhilLips training
Theory
In this part you will get a basic introduction to the theory. You will learn about the different tools and materials, how to measure perfect symmetry, how to draw a perfect shape, how to mix and apply paint correctly, hygiene and safety standards, and optimal aftercare and care.
Practice
The practical part focuses on the correct application of lip pigmentation. You will learn the optimal working position and hand position of the tools, as well as how to control the pressure and the correct movement guidance. Initially, you practice on artificial skin and then apply what you have learned to a model.
CraftMaster App
We support you online for 6 months using the CraftMaster app and assess your uploaded work. We will support you with the exercises and accompany you step by step on the path to your PhiLips Artist career. You also have access to a diverse selection of learning videos and images via the app.
Basic Starter Kit
Immediately at the start of your training, you will receive the Basic Starter Kit by post. The Basic Starter Kit contains high-quality tools and materials with which you can start your training immediately. The starter kit is worth over €1,000 and is sufficient for a large number of treatments even after the practice and exam phase has been successfully passed.
Certificate
After you have gone through all the exam levels in the CraftMaster app and successfully completed the PhiLips training, you will receive the official PhiLips Artist certificate. You will also receive a personalized logo and become part of the PhiAcademy by signing up in the Phi-WorldMap.
Continuing education
Take advantage of our further training opportunities and expand your microblading skills. In addition to our PhiLips training, we also offer professional PhiContour training. With this lip and eyeliner technique, realistic and natural-looking contours of the eyes and lips are pigmented.

The costs for a PhiLips training course can vary and depend on the type of course and the choice of starter kit. A PhiLips Live training costs €1.650 including VAT. An online training costs €1.350 including VAT. If you choose the Starter Kit + Master machine, you will have to pay another €1.000 including VAT.
